Shaza Hotels Signs Riyadh Stables Resort, a Royally-Owned Equestrian Destination

Shaza Hotels has signed a hotel management agreement with FSM Hospitality Company for Shaza Riyadh Stables Resort, a luxury lifestyle and equestrian destination spanning roughly 63,500 square metres in Riyadh’s Al Jubailah district, signed during Future Hospitality Summit Saudi Arabia 2026.
The property is owned by FSM Hospitality Company, led by Prince Fahad bin Saad Al Saud as chairman and Princess Fahdah bint Saud Al Saud as managing director, and is positioned to become one of Riyadh’s more distinctive hospitality destinations, combining luxury accommodation with equestrian sport and wellness programming.
Simon Coombs, president and CEO of Shaza Hotels, said the agreement reflects the brand’s growth strategy in Saudi Arabia, and Shaza’s positioning, inspired by Silk Route and Arabian Peninsula heritage, aligns closely with a destination built around equestrian culture, a distinctly Saudi heritage sport rather than an imported luxury format.
The signing adds to a wave of Future Hospitality Summit announcements in June 2026 that skewed toward distinctive, purpose-built concepts, alongside the Blacksand-Marriott and Amsa-Radisson deals signed at the same event.
