Jayasom Opens First Global Property at AMAALA, Red Sea’s Seventh Resort

Red Sea Global has opened Jayasom Wellness Resort AMAALA, marking the first Jayasom property globally and the seventh resort to open at the AMAALA destination on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. Located on Triple Bay’s largest cove, the resort comprises 153 keys and 24 residences, designed by Heah & Co. with interiors by Studio Carter, and split into two distinct experiences, Jayana, an adults-only wellness retreat, and Jayela, built for families with age-specific facilities for infants, children and teenagers.

John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global, said the launch brings a new dimension to AMAALA’s wellness offering, combining contemporary evidence-based practices with Arab and Eastern healing traditions. The property is powered entirely by solar energy and supports AMAALA’s target of a 30 percent net conservation gain by 2040. Jayasom joins a growing AMAALA portfolio that now includes Four Seasons, Six Senses, Rosewood, Equinox and Nammos, with two further resorts expected in the coming months.
