B+F’s Live-Fire Concept Lands in Riyadh, Its First Saudi Location

B+F, the live-fire cooking concept popular in Kuwait and Qatar, has opened its first Saudi Arabia location in Riyadh, bringing its charcoal-grilled, Pan-American menu to the capital’s Al Urubah Road corridor.

The concept centres on open-fire preparation, premium charcoal-grilled meats, gourmet burgers and pasta, alongside a dessert and mocktail programme, positioning it within Riyadh’s growing live-fire and open-kitchen dining trend.

The opening continues a familiar pattern of GCC-regional F&B brands using Riyadh as their entry point into the Saudi market, drawn by the capital’s dining density and willingness to support premium casual concepts. B+F’s arrival adds to a wave of similar Kuwait and Qatar-origin brands expanding into the city over the past year.
