Four Seasons Names Kai Dieckmann GM of Its Red Sea Resort at Shura Island

Four Seasons has appointed Kai Dieckmann as General Manager of its Red Sea resort at Shura Island, bringing his hospitality leadership experience to one of Saudi Arabia’s most closely watched luxury developments.

The appointment is one of two senior general manager moves announced for the Red Sea coast in the same week, with Ulf Bremer named to lead Four Seasons AMAALA at Triple Bay. Both properties sit within Red Sea Global’s giga-project portfolio, positioning experienced international operators at the helm as the destinations move from construction toward opening.

Placing senior leadership in advance of opening is standard practice for ultra-luxury properties, giving general managers time to build teams and set service standards before the first guests arrive, particularly significant for destinations as logistically complex as Shura Island.
